How to increase baby weight in 9th month of pregnancy?
My last scan showed baby weight thoda less than expected and gynac said try to improve it before delivery. Im 36 weeks now so not much time left. What did u all eat in the last month that actually helped?
Look, don't go eating junk food thinking it will increase baby weight, it'll only increase your own weight. Stick to boiled eggs, dal, paneer, and curd. Sleep on your left side as much as possible to ensure good blood circulation to the baby.
My doctor explained that the baby gains maximum weight in these final weeks anyway. She advised me to include high-protein foods like sprouted moong, sattu, boiled eggs, and a handful of almonds and walnuts daily. Focus on protein and left-side sleeping for better blood flow.
In my 9th month, my baby's weight was slightly on the lower side too. I just started having banana milkshakes and double-toned paneer daily, and it worked wonders for us. Of course, every pregnancy is different so do whatever feels right for your body.
Haan, protein badha do apne khane me, badam aur doodh roz liya karo. 9th month me toh baby ka weight waise bhi badhta hi hai na. Stress mat lo bilkul, ghar ka achha nutritious khana khao bas.
First of all, take a deep breath, you are doing great. In the 9th month, a healthy diet is key, so add dry fruits, curd, and dal to your meals. Don't compare your bump with others, just trust your doctor and stay happy.
I felt so guilty when the doctor said my baby was tiny in the 36th week scan, I literally cried. But my mom made me daily sattu drinks and milk with dry fruit powder, and my baby was born a healthy 3 kg! It is a very emotional phase but trust your nutrition.
Since mine was an IVF pregnancy, we monitored every single gram closely. My doctor gently guided me to focus on high-protein sources like tofu, paneer, and lean meats, rather than overeating. Please remember to stay gentle with yourself and discuss with your specialist.
Yaar, don't stress too much about this, last month me weight quickly badhta hai. Actually my gynac told me to eat paneer, eggs, and drink a glass of milk daily. Just eat small portions and relax, baby will gain weight naturally.
