How to increase chances of pregnancy after embryo transfer?
We just did our transfer 2 days back and the two week wait is killing me already. Im so scared to even move around much or do anything wrong. anyone who went through ivf, what helped u during this time?
Please dont try random tips after transfer, this phase is too important. Stick strictly to your fertility doctor's protocol and medicines. Mine was very specific and I didnt deviate at all.
After my transfer I just followed every single thing the clinic said, the medicines, the rest, the timing. I tried to stay calm and not overthink, which was the hardest part honestly. Whatever your clinic tells you, trust that, they know your case best.
