How to increase fetal heart rate in early pregnancy?
At my 7 week scan the heartbeat was there but on the lower side and now im so worried. Doc said come back after 10 days to recheck. Is there anything i can do meanwhile, anyone been through this?
I am currently going through this exact same thing and my doctor asked me to come back for a scan next week. I am so scared. Did anyone's baby's heart rate actually go up in the follow-up scan?
When I was anxious about the baby's scan reports, my mother told me to just rest and eat fresh ghar ka khana. Keeping yourself calm is the best thing you can do right now. Let the doctors do their job and keep praying.
Fetal heart rate in early pregnancy depends entirely on development and cannot be changed by diet or home remedies. Your doctor's advice is the absolute best guide here. They usually suggest a repeat scan after a week or two to check the growth.
There is no home remedy to increase the heart rate. Please only follow your gynac's advice and don't try any random tips from the internet. They will do a follow-up scan to check the progress.
This is a very delicate situation and my heart goes out to you. Please do not try any home remedies or advice from non-medical people. Only your gynecologist can guide you and monitor this safely. Sending you lots of prayers and strength.
Please don't try any exercises or strenuous yoga to fix this, as it won't help and could be risky. Just rest, eat well, and do only what your gynac advises. Let the doctor monitor it.
I remember being so anxious about the heart rate in my early scans too. Is a slightly low heart rate normal in the 6th week? Did anyone else have a similar experience where it went up later?
Oh, this is so stressful, I totally understand how you must be feeling! I spent hours googling this during my early weeks and made myself sick with worry. Please trust your doctor, they know exactly what to do and will guide you safely.
Listen, you cannot magically increase the baby's heart rate yourself. Don't listen to people telling you to eat specific foods for this. Just listen to your doctor, take your prescribed progesterone or vitamins, and wait for the next scan.
