How to increase haemoglobin naturally in pregnancy?
My hb came a bit low in second trimester and doc wants me to bring it up with diet also. Looking for simple ghar ka food that actually helps. What worked for u all?
Humare ghar pe toh standard upaay hai - beetroot juice and spinach soup. Try to cook in an iron kadhai, my grandmother always recommended this and it actually works. Simple and very doable things.
Having gone through a long IVF journey, I was super careful about my blood counts. Natural things like dates and dark leafy veggies are great. But please stay in close touch with your doctor to see if you need safe iron tablets.
I can only share what worked for me during my months. My doctor had suggested adding dates and anar to my breakfast, which improved my levels slightly. Everyone's body is different, so do what suits your digestive system.
Oh dear, low Hb can make u feel so drained out, I completely understand that exhaustion. Please eat pomegranates and beetroot daily, it really helped me. You are doing great, just take care of your body.
Diet modification like adding citrus fruits with iron-rich foods helps in better iron absorption. However, severe low hemoglobin can lead to complications. So please let your gynac evaluate the report and guide you on supplements.
Instead of buying expensive health drinks, just go for simple foods. Palak, chana, and jaggery are very cheap and effective. Also get your regular Hb test done from a local lab to track progress, don't skip those basic checks.
Listen, don't stress too much about this. Just start eating a bowl of beetroot salad and some soaked raisins in the morning. It works like magic! Also drink water, okay?
