I've always used a douche sometimes for hygiene, but now that I'm pregnant, I'm unsure. Can you douche during pregnancy, or is it something I should completely avoid? Please clarify.

Going through a really hard time, was diagnosed with ectopic and got the injection few days back. Emotionally drained tbh. Just want to know from anyone who has been through this what to expect in recovery, both physically and the follow up part.
