How to increase hcg levels in early pregnancy by food?
My beta hcg came a bit on the lower side and im going for a repeat test in two days. So anxious in the meantime, im 5 weeks. Is there any food that actually helps the levels rise or is that just a myth?
I get the worry, I obsessed over my numbers too. But I dont want to give false hope, food cant push hcg up. The levels rising properly is what the doctor watches with repeat blood tests. Take care of yourself and trust the process.
There isnt a food that boosts hcg, sweetheart. The best you can do is eat well, rest, and let your gynac follow the levels. If anything feels off, lean on your doctor rather than diet changes.
I really understand the urge to want to do something, I felt the same during my IVF wait. But honestly hcg rises on its own with a healthy pregnancy, no food raises it. Just eat well and let your doctor track the numbers, I know the waiting is so hard.
My doctor was clear that no particular food increases hcg, the body produces it as the pregnancy progresses. What u can do is eat nutritious balanced meals and stay hydrated for overall health. If ur hcg trend worries u, the doctor monitoring it is the right step.
