I've been having some lower back ache lately. Is back ache a common symptom of early pregnancy, or could it just be related to my period coming soon?
My doctor advised me to lose some weight before trying to conceive because of my BMI. Is it safe to try and lose weight while actively trying for a baby? Will it affect my chances?

Acidity is killing me these days, ulti jaisa feel hota hai. I had pantoprazole before pregnancy for this. Will check with my gynac before taking but wanted to know if anyone was prescribed it during pregnancy.
