My hb came a little low in the last report and gynac wants me to bring it up. Apart from the iron tablets im looking for food options that actually helped you. Im in 6th month, would love to know what worked for others.

Beta eat plenty of green leafy sabzi, beetroot, dates, anaar and jaggery, these always helped raise the blood in our family. Have it with something sour or vitamin C for better absorption. And keep taking your doctor's iron tablets too.
You don't need expensive things, simple stuff like spinach, dates and jaggery worked for me. Just keep getting your hemoglobin tested as scheduled so you catch any drop early. Affordable and effective.
