We have been trying since around 5 months now and nothing yet. My cycles are mostly regular so im not sure what im doing wrong. Just want to know small things that actually help, diet, timing all that. Would love to hear from women who conceived after trying for a while.
Give your body a little time, these things rarely happen in the very first month. Folic acid before conceiving is the one thing I'd really push you on. And see a doctor if a year passes without luck.
Stop overthinking the exact day, just be regular around mid cycle. Eat properly, take folic acid daily and cut down on too much stress and late nights. Both times for me it happened when I relaxed.
I tracked my cycle on an app and figured out my fertile days, that made the biggest difference for us. The few days around ovulation are key. Apps arent perfect but they give a good idea to start.
With my PCOS my cycles were all over so tracking was tricky. What helped was getting checked by my gynac early, she guided the timing. If its been a while for you also, a quick check up is worth it.
Don't put too much pressure on it yaar, that itself messes things up. Take your folic acid, eat well and let it happen. It worked for me when I finally chilled out.
