I tested positive last week but honestly im confused about counting. My periods are always thoda irregular so i cant figure out exactly kitne week chal rahe hai. Do they tell u the exact week only after scan or can i calculate it myself?
Don't worry too much about exact calculations dear. Your gynac will do an early scan and tell you the exact week. Just take your folic acid and try to relax.
LMP date works well as a start, but honestly, early ultrasound scan is the best way to know the exact week. Don't stress over app calculations, they confuse you more. Just check with your gynac in your next visit.

Double trouble means double the calculations, haha! LMP date is okay for a rough idea but the dating scan is the absolute boss, trust me. Gynac will measure the baby and tell you the real week.
