How to know that your baby is healthy during pregnancy?
First time pregnant and i keep worrying between scans whether everything is okay inside. Apart from the ultrasound, what little signs do u all look for that tell you baby is doing fine? pls share.
I get this, I would google every little thing and panic. What helped me was just noting baby movements and not skipping any appointment. If movements feel less suddenly, call your doc, dont wait.
My doctor said the main things they track are heartbeat, growth on scans, and your blood reports. Plus the anomaly scan around 18-20 weeks tells a lot. Just keep going for your regular checkups, thats the real way to know.
Beta dont stress, the doctor visits exist exactly for this. Regular scans, BP check, sugar check, and baby kicks count, thats how you know things are going well.
My amma always said a peaceful mom means a healthy baby, but real check is the scan and reports na. Eat well, rest, and go for every appointment. Doctor will tell you everything clearly.
I used to worry about this so much. The moment I heard the heartbeat at my checkup I felt so much calmer. Trust your scans and your gynac, they really do guide you.
Honestly the scans and your routine checkups are your answer. Once you start feeling movements after 5 months, counting kicks daily also gives a lot of reassurance. Dont rely on random symptoms.
