Im 24 weeks and confused honestly, my mom keeps saying dont sleep on back but back pe hi comfortable lagta hai. Which side is actually better, left ya right? Apne pet ki tension hoti hai whole night. Pls share how u all manage.
Look, directly back pe mat sona starting se hi. Habit banao left side sone ki, aur a pillow between legs helps a lot, trust me simple and best trick hai.
