Im in my 5th month and lately i just feel so low for no reason, crying over small things and no mood for anything. Pregnancy is supposed to be a happy time na but i dont feel that. How do u guys cope with this, pls share.
It's a really tough phase, and being restricted with food during my GD journey made my mood even worse. I found that doing light breathing exercises and small walks in the garden helped lift my spirits. Focus on peaceful activities that dont involve stress.
Oh god, those mood drops are so real! Honestly, whenever I feel super low, I just order some hot momos or chocolate ice cream to distract myself. Food is literally my therapy right now, maybe try pampering yourself with your fav treat?
