I love drumstick leaves and want to include them in my diet, but I'm in early pregnancy. Is it safe to eat drumstick leaves during early pregnancy? I've heard mixed things.
my MIL keeps telling me to start taking shatavari and im not sure about the right time for it. Should it be from early on or later? haven't asked my doc yet, anyone who used it pls share.
