My last scan showed baby's growth is on the lower side and doc mentioned IUGR. Im really tensed now and want to know what i can do, like food or rest, to help the baby grow better. Anyone went through this?
Oh, IUGR can be worrying, I know. My doc friend always says the main thing is super close monitoring by your gynac. Make sure you're getting enough rest and nutrition, and follow all the growth scans and advice they give you. Sometimes just managing stress also helps a lot, it affects everything.
Ugh, IUGR sounds like another thing to worry about, yaar! Honestly, I was just trying to remember to eat anything besides toast most days, haha. But seriously, just do what your doc says, no Google pe overthinking. And try to get some sleep... haan, I know, good luck with that!
It's a difficult situation, but you're strong. Just listen to your doctor carefully, they will know what's best for you and baby. Keep positive thoughts and take care of yourself, everything will be okay.
Hey, take a deep breath, okay? IUGR can sound scary, but many babies with it do perfectly fine with proper care. Just trust your doctor completely, they will guide you through this. Focus on eating well and getting lots of rest; your baby needs your strength right now.
For IUGR, staying super informed and tracking everything is key. My app actually had some good articles on it – basically, follow your doctor's growth scans religiously. They might ask you to increase protein or just rest more. Also, tracking your baby's movements religiously can be helpful, keep an eye on everything.
