Im in my last trimester and noticed some yellowish discharge from nipples, got a bit startled when it left a mark on my kurti. Bit embarrassing to step out like this. Did anyone manage to control this, what did u do?
Leaking colostrum in late pregnancy is common and nothing to worry about, pads handle it. That said, if u ever see blood in it or it starts very early with other symptoms, just mention to ur doctor for peace of mind.
For work I kept a few disposable nursing pads in my bag, lifesaver for those little leaks. Dark or printed tops also hide any spots. Its harmless, just about staying comfortable through the day.
Some leaking in later pregnancy is totally normal, its just the body getting ready. U cant really stop it fully but breast pads inside ur bra keep u dry and comfy. Change them often so the skin stays clean.
I got a little worried when I first noticed leaking in third trimester, I felt unsure if it was okay. Turned out its very normal. I just started using nursing pads and it was no big deal after that.
