Beta, always wear loose cotton underwear and keep the area clean and dry. Drink lots of ghar ka coconut water and fresh buttermilk. It keeps the body cool and keeps infections away, just like my grandmother used to say.
Please drink plenty of water and dont hold urine at all. I had thyroid and had to be super careful with infections, so my gynac checked my urine routine regularly. If you feel any burning sensation, immediately tell your doctor.
