How to reduce heartburn during pregnancy naturally?
This burning after eating is killing me, specially at night when i lie down. im 30 weeks and it has gotten so bad. i want to try some gharelu cheezein before going for medicine, what worked for u all?
Oh my God, heartburn is the absolute worst! I used to get it so bad and then worry if it was harming the baby or something. My doctor assured me it's totally normal because of hormones and pressure. For natural relief, try sipping cold milk or eating a small banana. Sometimes just plain curd helps. And definitely no eating close to bedtime. Are you getting enough sleep?
Sweetheart, heartburn is a very common pregnancy symptom, so don't feel like you're alone. To manage it naturally, try to eat smaller portions more often, and avoid foods that trigger it for you personally (often spicy, fried, or acidic items). Keep your head elevated when you sleep, and don't lie down immediately after eating. If it's still bothering you a lot, a quick chat with your doctor is always good.
Heartburn, oh the joys! With twins, it felt like a bonfire inside me. What really helped was eating super small meals, like six times a day, and avoiding anything remotely spicy or oily. Also, don't lie down right after eating, give it a good 2-3 hours. And yes, keeping a small bottle of milk handy actually worked for me in emergencies, ha! It's temporary, hang in there!
Heartburn is very common, I remember it well. For natural relief, try to keep your meals light and frequent. Avoid citrus, spicy foods, and too much caffeine. Sucking on a few saunf seeds after meals can also help. And sleeping with your head slightly elevated, maybe with an extra pillow, makes a difference. Hope you feel better soon!
Ugh, heartburn! I remember I got it so bad in my second trimester, I thought something serious was wrong. But my doctor said it's totally normal for almost everyone. For natural relief, chewing gum after meals helps sometimes, believe it or not! Also, try to sip water slowly instead of gulping, and wear loose clothes. It gets better, honestly.
For heartburn, the best natural hack is small, frequent meals and avoid lying down for at least two hours after eating. Also, cut out anything acidic or super spicy. Coconut water is great, and a glass of cold milk sometimes helps instantly. Don't drink too much water during meals; separate your fluid intake from solids. My gynac stressed these points.
Heartburn is a real pain, especially when you're busy! What I found helped naturally was always carrying a small tiffin of bland snacks, like roasted makhana or a banana, so I never got too hungry. Also, sips of plain water throughout the day. And really, avoiding late-night heavy dinners is a non-negotiable. If it gets severe, please do tell your doctor, they can suggest safe solutions.
