Second trimester here and by evening my legs are just done, especially the calves. At night it sometimes wakes me up. What all helped u guys, any simple things i can do at home?
Keep your legs up on a pillow when you rest, that helped me a lot. Gentle stretching and not standing too long also makes a big difference. Stay hydrated too.
Beta I used to get my husband to press my legs gently at night. A warm light massage with normal oil gave me good relief. Take rest as much as you can.
