I am 3 months postpartum and my lower belly is still loose and hanging a bit. I know it takes time but I feel uncomfortable in clothes. What helped you slowly reduce after delivery?
Listen, your body is still recovering at 3 months. There is no magic fix and thats okay. Nourish yourself, move a little daily, and stop comparing with anyone online.
After normal delivery i started light walking around the colony and slowly some basic core stuff once doc allowed. The belly didnt vanish overnight but it kept improving. Patience really is the trick here.
In our home they tie a cloth belt after delivery for support, my mother did it for me. It felt nice but the real change came with time and eating proper. Ask your doctor before any belt or exercise.
I felt so low looking at my tummy 3 months after delivery, like it just wasnt going. But honestly it does shrink slowly, my postpartum belly took a good 5-6 months. Be kind to yourself, you carried a baby.
Realistically with a 3 month old you have zero time, i get it. I just focused on home cooked food, water and short walks whenever baby slept. Small consistent things over crash plans.
3 months is still early na. The muscles need time to come back together. Eat well, dont skip meals while feeding, and add gentle movement. It comes back, dont put pressure.
