These veins have started showing up on my legs in third trimester and they ache by evening, plus they dont look nice honestly. My job needs me to stand a lot. Did anything help any of you ease them?
I had a desk job and this got worse, so I kept a small stool under my desk to rest my legs. Short walks every hour also helped. Realistically just keep moving thoda thoda.
Keep your legs elevated whenever you sit, dont stand too long, and walk a little daily. Compression stockings helped me a lot in second pregnancy. Ask gynac which type to buy.
Mine got bad in last trimester honestly. Lying on left side and propping legs on a pillow at night gave relief. After delivery it improved on its own slowly.
These home tips help but if veins are very painful or skin changes, do mention to your gynac. They can guide on proper stockings. Mine suggested a specific compression level.
