I'm experiencing quite a bit of hip pain now that I'm pregnant, especially at night. It's making it hard to sleep. How can I cure or at least relieve this hip pain during pregnancy? Please share your suggestions.
I'm a bit worried because I've noticed some spotting. What usually happens if you bleed during pregnancy? Is it always a bad sign, or can it be normal sometimes?
