How to relieve constipation naturally during pregnancy?
Since the iron tablets started this has become a daily struggle, sometimes 2-3 din ho jaate hain. I dont want to take anything heavy, just looking for natural stuff that actually worked for u all. Pls share whatever helped.
Constipation is so common, both times I managed with lots of water, salad, dal and walking daily. Dont skip fibre and dont hold it in. Avoid random laxatives, get your gynac to suggest one if needed.
More water, fibre, fruits, oats and a short walk after meals really helped me go regularly. I also soaked raisins overnight. If nothing works for days, dont strain, ask your doctor for a safe option.

Haan soaked munakka and a warm glass of water in the morning worked for me na. MIL also gave me isabgol sometimes when it got bad. Just thoda fibre badhao and chalo phiro, it sorts out.
