Just entered my 4th month and already everyone at home is feeding me double. I know weight will come but i dont want to put on too much unnecessarily. How did you all manage to not gain extra?
Pregnancy is not the time to stay slim honestly, weight gain is needed for baby. I just kept active with walks and prenatal yoga since my doctor cleared me. Focus on staying fit and healthy, not slim na.
Slim during pregnancy? Yaar i looked like i swallowed a watermelon and i owned it haha. Eat well, the bump is supposed to grow. The weight comes off later, dont stress now.
The goal should be healthy weight gain, not staying thin. Your gynac will tell you the right range to gain for your body. Eat balanced, move gently, and dont diet during pregnancy, its not safe for baby.
I had thyroid so my weight was watched closely anyway. My doc monitored it at every visit and guided my diet. Just keep up your checkups and let the doctor track your weight, dont try to control it on your own.
