This is my first pregnancy and im feeling a bit lost na, everyone is giving me different advice. Just want to know the basic things i should take care of to keep baby and myself safe through these 9 months. Pls share what worked for u.
Light walking and some prenatal yoga helped me feel safe and strong, but only after my doctor cleared me for it. Dont push yourself, listen to your body. And avoid heavy lifting na.
Take good care of yourself, eat well, rest and stay positive. A calm happy mind helps the baby too. And of course follow whatever your doctor tells you.
Honestly the best safe pregnancy plan is the one your own gynac gives you, since everyone's body is different. Stick to your scans, take prescribed supplements, stay hydrated and rest well. Don't rely too much on random internet tips.
Plan your tests early so it doesnt all come at once on the wallet. Pick a hospital you can reach quickly and ask them upfront about the package. Eat normal ghar ka khana, you dont need expensive supplements unless doctor says so.
Keep it simple, regular checkups, take your folic acid and iron as doc prescribed, eat proper home food and dont skip meals. Walk daily if your doctor says ok. Thats basically what kept both my pregnancies smooth.
