This is so uncomfortable to even ask but im dealing with piles in my third trimester and there was some bleeding when i went to the toilet. Its painful and im a bit scared. Anyone went through this, how did you get relief?
Soft stools are the key, so fibre rich food and water really help reduce the bleeding. Cold compress can soothe too. But active bleeding should be shown to your gynac, dont just home treat that.
Some bleeding from piles can happen but please dont ignore it, get it checked by your gynac. They can suggest safe remedies and rule out anything else. Dont try random medicines on your own during pregnancy.
Piles were really painful for me around delivery, I totally understand. What helped was warm sitz baths, lots of fibre and water so I didnt strain. For the bleeding part though, please let your doctor guide you on whats safe.
