I'm a bit confused about how pregnancy duration is calculated. How many weeks typically make up a full pregnancy term, from start to finish?
My doc just started me on a blood thinner this week and honestly im a little tense about it. I didnt fully understand the reason in the rush of the appointment. Anyone here was put on this, why is it given?
