I understand, sometimes the thoughts just take over and it gets exhausting. It really helped me to talk it out and keep myself busy with small tasks. If it's overwhelming, please dont hesitate to share with ur doctor too, that's okay.
Yaar try distracting urself, watch a fun series, call a friend, go for a small walk. The more we obsess the worse it feels. Dont stress too much, take it light na.
During my waiting phases this constant thinking was the hardest part, I really feel u. Keeping my hands and mind busy and being around supportive people helped. Be gentle with urself, the mind needs rest too.
