Im in my 7th week and the vomiting is just non stop yaar, even water nahi ruk raha. Whatever I eat comes back out and im feeling so weak. What did u all do to control it, pls share.
I am not pregnant yet but my elder sister had very bad vomiting during her time. She used to have a little fennel seeds (saunf) or ginger tea, and it really helped her calm down. Maybe you can try that lightly and see if it helps u too?
It is completely okay to feel absolutely miserable and overwhelmed by all this vomiting, please dont feel guilty. I used to panic every time I couldn't keep food down, but my doctor assured me the baby was safe. Sucking on ice chips and eating very small meals really saved my peace of mind.
