I suspect I might be pregnant and I'm looking for information on early signs. Can anyone share about the common symptoms of pregnancy in Hindi? It would be very helpful for me to understand better.
The initial symptoms are usually extreme fatigue and breast tenderness, which in Hindi we call 'thakan' and 'stano me dard'. I felt so low on energy, but my doctor allowed some light morning walks which actually helped me feel active. Just don't push yourself too much.
Actually, for me the first sign was extreme mood swings and constant bloating, are these also common Hindi symptoms? I also felt a light pinching in my lower belly. Did any of you feel this before your test came positive?
I am also trying to conceive and researching this daily! In Hindi, pregnancy symptoms are called 'Garbhavastha ke lakshan'. From what I've read, the main ones are missed periods (period miss hona), nausea (vomiting jaisa lagna), and feeling very tired.
Oh, don't even ask! Right now in my 3rd trimester, the 'lakshans' have changed to constant backache and not being able to sleep at all. In early days, it was just vomiting and sleeping like a log all day long. Enjoy the early sleep while you can, haha!
When I missed my periods, my mom immediately said 'ye garbhavastha ke lakshan hain'. She noticed I was feeling dizzy (chakkar aana) and food smells were bothering me. Staying with my parents made managing these early days so much easier.
