Im in my 6th month and the lower back pain is getting really bad, by evening i can barely sit. What do u all do to get some relief? hot bag, pillow anything? share your tips pls.
Sitting all day at work made my back worse, so I took small breaks to stretch and walk. A back support cushion on my chair helped a lot. Comfortable flat shoes also made a difference.
Gentle prenatal yoga and the cat-cow stretch eased my backache, but I started only after my doctor allowed it. Short walks helped too. Just avoid any stretch that hurts.
A warm compress on the lower back gave me so much relief. I also kept a small cushion behind my back while sitting. Good posture and not standing too long really helped.
