Bought a home test kit from the medical but honestly im a bit nervous about doing it right. Should i use morning urine only or anytime works? Pls share how u did it so i dont mess up the result.
Use your first morning urine, it has the most hormone. Put a few drops in the well and wait 5 mins, two lines means positive even if one is faint. Read the instructions on your specific kit though, they vary slightly.
Test after your period is missed for clear result, testing too early gives false negative. I tracked my cycle on an app so I knew exactly when to test. Morning sample is the most accurate.
