Checked my temp just now and its showing 98.8, im in my first trimester. Not sure if this counts as fever or its normal because they say body temp stays bit high in pregnancy. Getting a little tense, should I be worried?
Beta, 98.8 fever nahi hota, pregnancy me sharir thoda garm hi rehta hai. Subah uthke thoda thanda pani piyo, aur dhoop me zyada mat jao. Agar bohot bechaini lage toh thoda pudina-nimbu paani piyo, sab theek ho jayega.
That's a completely normal temperature, so don't worry. When I had gestational diabetes, I had to monitor my body very closely, and my doctor told me 98.8 is just your normal pregnancy warmth. Just avoid sugary juices to cool down, simple plain water or unsalted buttermilk is much safer.
Arre no, 98.8 is not a fever at all! Mere ghar pe meri MIL hamesha bolti thi ki pregnancy me maa ka sharir thoda garm hi rehta hai kyuki andar baby grow ho raha hai. Sab normal hai, bas relax karo.
No, 98.8 is absolutely normal, not a fever! Since my doctor allowed me to continue my morning yoga and brisk walks, I noticed my body temperature naturally stays slightly higher because of the physical activity and progesterone. Just keep moving gently and stay hydrated.
Oh babe, in my 3rd trimester, I constantly feel like a walking furnace, and my temp is always around 98.8, haha! It's just the hormones, not a fever. Keep a fan nearby and enjoy some coconut water to cool down.
Don't stress, 98.8 is completely normal. I used to keep checking my temperature between client meetings because I felt so warm, but 100.4 is when it actually counts as a fever. Just drink a glass of water, sit back, and continue with your day.
