Is a colonoscopy safe during pregnancy?

Doc suggested i might need a colonoscopy for some stomach issue but im 5 months pregnant now. Honestly thoda scared about doing it during this time. Anyone had to get one while pregnant?

Yaar actually colonoscopy during pregnancy is usually avoided unless it's a huge emergency because of the sedation. Better consult your doc properly.

I had severe gut issues but my doctor decided to delay my colonoscopy until after delivery to keep baby safe. Everyone's case is different though.
