Is aceclofenac safe in pregnancy?

My knee pain ke liye someone at home gave me this tablet but ab im 9 weeks pregnant and getting tension. I didnt take it yet, just want to know if it's ok or i should ask my gynac first. Anyone took this during pregnancy?

Yaar medicine se achha thoda soup pi lo ya ginger tea bana lo agar sardi-dard hai. Mere doctor ne toh hamesha strict mana kiya hai koi bhi aisi painkiller bina pooche lene se.
