I had a bad throat infection and someone at home suggested this medicine but im 7 weeks and scared to take anything on my own. Im definitely going to confirm with my gynac before taking it. Just wanted to know others experience meanwhile.
My doctor did prescribe an antibiotic to me during pregnancy for an infection, and she chose one she said was suitable for my case. The point is the doctor weighs the need versus risk. So it really depends on ur situation and only the doctor should decide.
I would never self medicate antibiotics while pregnant. There were times I needed treatment and my doctor picked the safest option for me. Pls leave this call to ur gynac, not the internet.
Honestly please dont decide any antibiotic on ur own. My gynac is the one who tells me which is safe when I am pregnant. Just call ur doctor before taking anything, na chance lo.
