My husband eats beef sometimes and was asking if its okay for me too during pregnancy for the iron and all. Im in first trimester. Not sure if its safe, anyone here ate it?
My mother-in-law always says to eat freshly made, hot food during pregnancy. If you eat beef, just make sure it is cooked completely at home and not pink inside. Raw or undercooked meat is strictly a no-no right now.
It is actually a great source of iron, which really helped me keep my haemoglobin levels up before my normal delivery. Just ensure it is prepared hygienically and cooked thoroughly. Enjoy your meals!
I totally understand how we get worried about every single food item we put in our bodies for our little miracle. Beef is very rich in nutrients, just make sure it's cooked extremely well. Take care of yourself and your sweet baby.
Actually yaar, meat is great for protein during these nine months. But outside food can be risky, so better to make it at home and cook it till it's super soft. Avoid street food stalls for meat completely, okay?
With two babies growing inside, my body craved serious protein! Beef is fine, but please don't eat those fancy medium-rare steaks right now. Burn it to a crisp if you have to, safety first!
I think beef is high in protein and iron, which is great when you are trying to conceive or pregnant. But my doctor mentioned we must avoid semi-cooked or medium-rare meat. So please make sure it is very well done.
