Is breast tenderness a must in early pregnancy?

I tested positive but i dont have any soreness there at all, which everyone keeps talking about. Now im second guessing everything. Did anyone here not get this symptom and still had a healthy pregnancy?

Not a must at all. Some feel it, some dont, both are normal.

My doc said tenderness is common but absolutely not necessary, presence or absence of symptoms doesnt indicate the health of the pregnancy. Some women have loads of symptoms, some have none. The test and scan are the real indicators, not how sore you feel.

I barely had any breast tenderness and got worried something was wrong. Did anyone else have few symptoms early on? My doctor reassured me its perfectly normal, some women just feel less.

No, its not a must. With my first I had very sore breasts, with my second almost nothing. Symptoms vary a lot between women and even between pregnancies. So dont worry if you dont feel it, a test and scan are what confirm things.
