I am trying to reduce my screen time these days. My family elders keep telling me that mobile phones are not good during pregnancy. Should I be really worried about this?
Actually, focusing on a healthy diet like keeping carbs low helped me way more than worrying about phone radiation. Just avoid keeping the phone directly on your belly. It's better to keep it a bit away, but don't overthink these small things.
Honestly, during my first trimester, I was so sick that keeping the phone away was the last thing on my mind. Just don't sleep with it right next to your pillow, yaara. Keep it on a side table and try to limit screen time for peace of mind, but don't stress over it.
I am in my 5th month now and I also get so paranoid about this sometimes! Do you guys also get scared when the phone gets too warm near your tummy? I am trying to use earphones now just to be safe.
Haha if phone radiation was that bad, we would all have baby robots by now! Seriously though, just don't scroll Instagram till 3 AM like I did. Try to keep it on the table while sleeping and you are totally fine.
