We stay on 2nd floor and I climb up down many times a day anyway. Some people say its good for normal delivery, others tell me to avoid stairs. Now im confused what to believe, is it actually fine?

Climbing stairs can help keep your sugar levels down, but you have to be very careful not to overexert yourself. I had gestational diabetes and preferred plain walking instead because climbing stairs made my heart rate go up too fast. Please ask your gynac before making it a regular exercise.
Stair climbing is a good low-impact cardio, but only if your gynac has cleared you for active exercise. If you have any complications like a low-lying placenta, it is strictly avoided. Always get a green signal from your doctor first.
I am hoping to conceive soon, and my doctor told me that light climbing is okay if the pregnancy has no complications. But you should be very careful not to slip. Maybe ask your doctor first if it's completely safe for your case?
