We keep a copper jug at home and i drink from it every morning. Now that im expecting my aunt told me to be careful with it. Is drinking copper water fine to continue during pregnancy?
I drank it occasionally and my gynac said small amounts are okay. Just don't overdo it thinking more is better. When in doubt, your doctor's word is the safest.
Beta, in our home we always kept water in a copper vessel overnight, it's an old practice. In moderation it's fine for most. But if you have any health issue then ask your doctor before making it a daily habit.
