Craving dhokla like crazy these days, im in my first trimester. My saas said anything fermented thoda avoid karo but I really want it. Is it actually safe to eat? anyone had it during pregnancy?
Dhokla is steamed so it's generally good, but if you have gestational diabetes like I did, watch the portion size. It's made of besan or suji which can spike blood sugar, so try having it with some green chutney and in limit.
