Is diarrhea a symptom of early pregnancy before missed period?
Few days before my period is due and ive been having loose motions out of nowhere. We are trying so my mind immediately goes to pregnancy. Can this be an early sign or am i reading too much into it? pls share.
Hormone changes can affect digestion in some women, but my doctor said diarrhea isnt a reliable early sign, it could be food or a bug too. The classic early signs are missed period and sore breasts. If loose motions are frequent get checked.
Honestly i didnt have this as a pregnancy sign, mostly people get constipation actually. Could just be something you ate. Wait for the missed period and test properly.
If diarrhea is bad and continuous dont ignore it, you can get dehydrated which isnt good. Keep fluids up and call your doctor if it doesnt settle in a day. Dont assume its only pregnancy.
