I usually sip warm water through the day, feels nice for my throat and digestion. But someone at home said too hot is not good now. Just want to know what others do.
Beta warm water is good for digestion and acidity which is common in pregnancy. Not too hot, just warm. We always preferred warm over cold water for pregnant girls.
Lukewarm water is fine and good for digestion, no harm at all. The main thing is just to drink enough water through the day. Doctors usually say warm is gentler on the stomach.
