I used to take green coffee for weight before i got pregnant and now im not sure if i should continue. Thoda confused about the caffeine part in it. Anyone checked with their doc about this?
Oh, I totally understand wanting to try different things for health, especially when pregnant. But for green coffee, I'd say better to be safe than sorry, mere paas bhi bahot suggestions aate the but listen to your body. Your baby's health is the most important, so maybe skip it for now and talk to your doc.
My gynaecologist clearly told me to avoid green coffee. She said while it's marketed as healthy, during pregnancy, even the 'natural' caffeine can be too much for the baby and can affect blood pressure. So, it's safer to stick to decaf options or consult your doctor before consuming anything like this.
Actually, green coffee has caffeine, just like regular coffee, maybe a bit less. During my pregnancy, my thyroid levels were a bit tricky, so my doc strictly said to limit caffeine and always check with her for anything new I wanted to try. Pls, keep your gynac in loop, especially if you have any existing conditions.
Yaar, green coffee ka pata nahi, but usually, doc log toh caffeine avoid karne bolte hain pregnancy mein. Actually, I was craving coffee so bad, but my gynac said max one small cup of regular coffee a day, and that too if I really *really* needed it. So green coffee bhi I guess same rule hoga? Best to ask your own doc, haan.
