Its guava season and i have such strong cravings for it lately. But someone told me to be careful with certain fruits during pregnancy so now im second guessing. Is amrood actually fine to eat? how much is ok?
Yes guava is great, good fibre and vitamin C, and it helped my constipation a lot. Just wash it well and eat in moderation. I avoided eating it too late at night personally, felt heavy otherwise.
