Been getting these mild headaches almost daily this past week, im around 7 weeks. Not unbearable but constant enough to annoy me. Is this just a pregnancy thing or should i be worried? anyone else had this early on?
I used to panic over every headache. Doc reassured me they are normal early. Just dont skip meals and drink water. If it gets really bad or wont go, then get it checked, okay?
My gynac said headaches early on are usually due to hormones, low sugar or dehydration. She told me to eat regularly and hydrate. But if its severe or with vision changes, inform immediately.
Yes early pregnancy headaches are common, mostly from hormone changes and tiredness. Rest, water and proper meals helped me. But dont take any tablet without asking the doctor.
I got these a lot juggling work, mostly when I missed meals or didnt drink enough. Small snacks and water helped. If u need medicine, only what doctor approves na.
