We switched to pink salt at home a while back. now that im pregnant im not sure if its actually better or if normal iodised salt is needed for the baby. anyone using it during pregnancy?
I used pink salt at home, it is just regular salt with some minerals honestly. Nothing magical but no harm in normal cooking amount. Just dont have excess salt of any kind, and if u have bp issues ask the doctor.
It is basically salt, so the main thing is to not have too much of any salt during pregnancy. I used both normal and pink, no difference really. If you have any bp concern your doctor will tell you the right limit.
