Someone told me about hypnobirthing for relaxation and I got curious. Im 5 months and bohot anxious lately, so thinking if this kind of thing is even ok during pregnancy. Anyone tried it?
Beta, keeping the mind peaceful is very important during these days. Instead of deep hypnosis, you can also try simple breathing exercises or hearing nice soft music ghar pe. If you really want to try it, just ask your doctor once to be completely sure.
Haha, honestly, the only hypnosis I experience is when I see a plate of hot samosas! But jokes apart, a lot of my friends did hypnobirthing and they loved it. Just make sure you are comfortable and don't skip your snacks while practicing it!
After such a long and emotional journey to conceive, I was so scared of everything. I wanted to try hypnobirthing for anxiety but took my gynac's green light first. It's a very gentle way to relax, just be gentle with yourself.
Since I had blood pressure issues, my doctor was very strict about trying anything new. Please talk to your gynac before starting any such therapy. Safe is always better when you are expecting.
I totally understand how you feel, searchng for peaceful ways to connect with your little one. Honestly, hypnobirthing was such a beautiful, calming experience for me. If it makes u feel happy and relaxed, go for it dear, just ensure your gynac is in the loop.
I actually tried hypnobirthing sessions last year before my delivery in December. It really helped me manage the labor anxiety and keep my mind calm. Just find a certified practitioner who knows pregnancy cases well.
In our family, elders always say to listen to calm mantras, but modern hypnobirthing is also very similar and peaceful. I asked my doctor first and she said it is completely safe as long as it relaxes you. Go with what your mind and doctor suggest.
