Is increased heart rate a sign of early pregnancy?
These last few days my heart feels like its beating faster even when im just sitting. Period due in a week so cant test yet. Anyone noticed this before their BFP?
Yes, heart rate does increase as your body produces more blood. When I felt this, I directly called the emergency desk at Cloudnine and they explained it is totally normal, but definitely get it checked during your next visit.
Oh, my heart rate has been on a marathon since day one, and now in my third trimester, carrying this belly makes me feel like I ran a 10k. It's normal because of the extra blood volume, but let your doctor know if you feel dizzy.
Haha, yes! My heart rate went up in early pregnancy, and honestly, it hasn't come down yet with this newborn waking me up every two hours. It's usually just your body working double time, so don't panic.
I have seen many moms asking this, and yes, a slightly higher heart rate is quite common in the first trimester. Your blood volume is rising to support the baby. Just keep yourself hydrated and bring it up with your doc during your checkup.
Hey, don't stress too much about this. Your body is making a whole new blood supply, so your heart has to pump much faster na. It's super common in early pregnancy, just mention it to your gynac to be safe.
